Wonderful Stay
Michelle was a wonderful host. The room was very clean and she was so helpful when my family came to visit on where to go in Madison. Very easy drive to UW and Meriter hospital, located in a quiet neighborhood with easy and free street parking. 10/10 stay would recommend to anyone to stay here!

A Clean, Quiet, Safe and Comfortable Home Away from Hom
I stayed at this property for about a year and a half, and I truly understand why so many others have left such glowing reviews every word of praise is well deserved. The hosts are absolutely wonderful. M is communicative, responsive, and genuinely cares about her guests comfort. The house is always clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The facility I was assigned to was close by and there were plenty of shops and restaurants near by. One of the things I appreciated most was how safe and comfortable I felt throughout my entire stay. I, with no reservations, highly recommend this unit and the hosts. Whether you're staying short-term or long-term, this is truly a gem of a place. Thank you again for such a positive experience M, Im grateful for the warm hospitality and would absolutely stay here again!

the best!
This was the best renting experience while on a travel contract ever! M and her husband are super accommodating and nice. I work night shift and often picked up extra shift and they were so respectful and cautious of making sure it was never too loud or noisy. Honestly in the room you barely hear anything either way. The bedroom and bathroom are very spacious and have storage space for those of us who travel with everything we need and could possibly need. M communicates with you throughout your stay specially about town ordinances for winter and street cleaning. I could go on! Will most definitely be staying there again if I go back to the area for work.

Great Accommodations
The property was ideal for me. It was relatively close to the institution I was assigned, so commuting was great. The host couple was very clean, accommodating and informative about M. The house is located on the west side of Madison which provided access to a variety of restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. 10/10 for my stay.
