Convenient Eclectic Midtown Apartment

Cozy Apartment. Walking Distance. BEST & COOLEST Landlady EVER!!!

5 Stars. Would stay here again. Would recommend. Centrally located. Safe & quiet. 10-12 min walk to Blackstone. 5 min walk to Genesis gym! A special thank you to Marcia, who owns the place. Marcia is kind, caring, supportive, understanding, witty and wise! She really helped me during a tough time. She became a friend of mine by the end of it! The apartment has shared outdoor spaces in the front and the back. Both are simply magical! During the summer I was out there ALL day! The interior decorating is cultured and tasteful, making it feel like HOME from the first moment you walk in the door. Excellent furniture, kitchen barstools allow for counter top meals or a standing desk work station. The couch is very comfortble. The apt has a den like vibe making you feel warm, cozy and safe! The bedroom is terrific, an awesome brick backsplash behind the bed. Walk-in closet the size of a downtown apartment! Lol. Bathroom shower has a heated fan which helped me defrost many a times.

Great midtown apartment!!!

What a great stay!!! Marcia is by far the most responsive host I've ever met. She thinks about the details. For example, we have two small children. She put together a super cute binder of things to do in Omaha with kids. The place itself is cute and cozy. It's easy walking distance to several restaurants and shops, without being on the main stretch. The home is tucked away off of the street, so feels really safe. Whole place is kept up extraordinarily well. Anything from the outside patios and gardens to general home maintenance. Very thoughtful landlord. Very cute apartment. Easy location to get to lots of things. Downtown is within a few minutes, airport is about 10 min away. Zoo is about 10 minutes away. Fantastic spot. I worked at the children's hospital and it was a very easy commute. Highly recommend!!

Warm and cozy apartment with beautiful decor. Friendly neighbors, walking distance to restaurants, gym, stores. Exterior garden, very unique oasis in the city. Responsive landlord. Building is unique historical structure.

I've been traveling for about 7 years now, and this stay was probably one of my favorite so far...! The apartment itself is gorgeous! The interior design is funky and eclectic, yet still cozy and homey feeling. The beds are comfortable, water pressure and temp are good, kitchen is fully stocked, washer/dryer just downstairs, couch is cozy, the gardens are beautiful, and everything is tended to with the upmost care. The apartment is centrally located, with easy access to get on/off highways close by. It's convenient to the local hospitals, with Nebraska Med main campus being a couple miles away at most. There are also eating, entertainment, and gym options all within a short walk. And, if you're a neighborhood walker, like me, there is a gorgeous historic neighborhood just a couple blocks away. But, what makes this place amazing is the people. Marcia, Mark, and Zack were wonderful! They helped me through a very difficult, and I cannot thank them enough...
