3 bedroom Milton Quiet Neighborhood (2nd Floor)

Unfortunate

Since I can't seem to reach the landlord about deposit, I guess this is the next best place! Overall, was the stay bad? No. However, personally the home was very outdated for the price. Upon my arrival, the blanket in the room I was staying had blood on it. Per the others who stayed the home still had pet hair, which they ended up re cleaning. He did however swap me into a bigger bed which I was very grateful for (: Communication was so/so, up until it came time to refund the deposit and was told by the end of last week and now when we follow up. Silence.

Great location / proximity to hospital

Great location for commute to Milton Hospital on my assignment. The property had everything we needed and host was easy to work with, accommodating and quick to respond to questions/concerns. It's a quick walk to a playground if you have children. Thanks for hosting us!

Quiet Stay

This was an overall good stay. Upstairs unit, mostly quiet area. Safe neighborhood. Nice backyard. Unit is a little smaller than pictures can show. During our stay the owner L was friendly and welcoming. Of note he did reach out and tell us the electric bill was high- then came and demonstrated how to use the mini split heater unit as there was no instructions. The back balcony was renovated while we stayed there and was very loud while trying to sleep for night shift. There was no balcony furniture to sit on aside from some old chairs that had no seat net and were rusty. We had two vehicles and were told the back parking area was ours. When tenants moved in downstairs, L asked if they could park in the back also. We had two regular sized SUV and couldn't squeeze a third. Then mid stay the rent was raised from $3000-$3400. It was a huge increase. Last thing was L still had a lot of mail coming and would come pick up every week or so and keeps a car there. Again, overall not a bad stay.
