Wonderful management and property

I rented a property from Zia Casitas that was a townhouse on Navajo Dr. They were the best from start to finish! It was a beautifully decorated and very comfortable unit, well stocked with all items listed. They were always prompt to respond to any question or concern, but also respectful of privacy. Matt and his employees were a pleasure to do business with, and if I'm ever back in Farmington, I will definitely give them a call!

Don't Do It

Stay away from these people. They are just money hungry and will pretend to be nice. They will have you sign a lease but they will not provide you with a signed copy and then they will make things up not to give you back your deposit. I had to select a one star because I had no choice but they will get zero stars.

Zia Casitas is the largest provider of corporate housing for traveling professionals servicing the Four Corners. We cater in particular to traveling health professionals serving in our local hospitals. Our traveling nurses and doctors typically work under 13 week contracts that provide critical care in our community. In order to assist them we have tailored our rental contracts to month-to -month and 3 month rental contracts. Our leases require 30 days notice to assist us is managing new travelers housing needs in advance of their arrival and to assist us in limiting vacancies. Furthermore we have a very reasonable security deposit structure to limit out of pocket expenses for travelers, often as low as $300. This particular tenant signed a lease through 12/15/24 and then gave us two weeks notice he would be breaking his lease 8/30/24. Under these circumstances we work with tenants to release them from the remaining lease obligations if their employment contract status changes, but this does not secure the release of his $300.
