Cons: Cockroaches. The place was sprayed but we repeatedly had cockroaches in the basement that was not taken care of. The wifi would go out frequently which was a major issue for working from home. The beds and the couches were very uncomfortable The garage was only able to be used for storage, and our cars did get burgled in the driveway. Pros: Pretty quiet neighborhood and good neighbors. Good access to parks and the river. Fully stocked kitchen. Only about a 15 minute drive to the hospitals. Alarm and keyless entry which was very convenient.
