Amazing!

I can't recommend this place enough. Spacious, beautiful, well supplied, well located to hospitals and city life. Peter is also a fantastic landlord and person. Any issue I had (which was none really) he had responded within the hour and worked on it.

Fabulous place to stay

Apartment E is bright, sunny, clean, modern and arranged to maximize space. There is plenty of storage and the apartment has everything you need. There are gardens all around the house and a small, fenced yard big enough to enjoy some fresh air and let your dog get some sun and sniff around. The house is 2 blocks from Swedish Cherry Hill. In less than 10 minutes I could go from my front door to the time clock. First Hill is an easy walk or quick bike ride. Coffee shops and restaurants are all walkable. Go the The Mitten on 13th. Several parks within walking distance and a nice walk down to the lake or into the city. Street parking is never a problem. Peter is the best landlord you could hope for. He is always available any time you need him; it's a pleasure to run into him yet he gives you all the space and privacy you want. I almost extended my contract just to remain in this apartment. If I come back for another contract in Seattle this is the only place I want to stay.

Wonderful Stay

I really enjoyed this space. Great location. The unit was comfortable, stocked with everything I needed and had beautiful natural light. Pete was amazing to deal with, extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend

Loved my stay

I loved staying in unit E! The location was convenient for me working at the hospital and P was always very responsive if I needed anything. Definitely one of the top places I have stayed at in my 2 years of Seattle and one of the nicest landlords.

This place is awesome.

I love this apartment. It is easy to walk to Swedish Cherry Hill and to get to other Seattle hospitals. It is big inside. Well laid out. The landlord is very nice and responsive. The neighborhood is pleasant and parking is not difficult. The AC and dishwasher were awesome as well as the large storage room. I would stay here again.
