The French Broad River Greenway is just a couple blocks away - great place for walking, running, bird-watching, and cycling.

French Broad River Greenway tracks the river and goes right past New Belgium's brewery and tasting room. Great place for walking, running, bird-watching, and cycling.

New Belgium Brewery is just a few blocks from the house... a very dog- and family-friendly place to grab a pint, a bite from the food truck, or use the bathroom on a walk or bike ride.

Ultra Cafe, just a few blocks away, has terrific coffee, breakfast, and lunch!

Take a stroll through the River Arts District - tons of great studios and galleries to visit!

Everybody's favorite local brewery, the Wedge, is right down the street.

Treat yourself to Bull and Beggar, just a couple of blocks away, for a romantic date night or to celebrate a special occasion.

Smoky Park Supper Club is a super hip restaurant built out of shipping containers, and it's right around the corner.

chicken hill comfort

the house on Club Lane is comfortable and clean. perfect for our 1st 2 months in Asheville, close to restaurants at the RAD and downtown. Golden Hour at the Radical Hotel was our favorite. Alicia is great to work with and very responsive. We had zero issues while staying there, now we are looking for a house to buy on chicken hill!
