Awesome Space and Excellent Landlady
E is an excellent landlady, extremely accommodating. The temperature in the basement suite stays around 68F in any weather, and heat is included anyway. Lovely neighborhood and super convenient location. There are easy hiking trails on a pretty farm nearby that are within walking distance. There is no stove, but I got an Anyday dish so that I could cook meals in the microwave if need be. E will work with you about laundry and dishes to be done. I will miss it here. It was surprisingly a healing space for me! Supplied with everything you could need. A nice, big TV supports HDMI hookups for streaming off your laptop.
