The perfect stay

My husband and I stayed at the lovely temp housing condo in Rohnert Park after our home sold, while we waited for new construction to be completed in Santa Rosa. My husband often travels for work and he remarked how perfect the condo would be for people who might need extended stays or corporate housing accommodations while on work assignments. We ended up connecting with a travel nurse who was staying at an extended stay nearby, and after hearing of her living arrangements, we are SO glad we opted for a mid term rental instead of a motel/hotel booking. The Japandi design, vaulted ceilings and large master bedroom made this modest condo feel spacious and open. When we originally looked for a furnished apartment, a garage wasnt on our must have list, but it has certainly been convenient while staying at this condo. We highly recommend REN Housings furnished condo for all your mid term rental needs.

Hidden gem!

Dont miss this hidden treasure! Roya of REN Housing went above and beyond to make our stay at this beautifully furnished condo second to none. From the thoughtful wine, coffee and teas, to the decor, the comfortable bedding and even a Peloton(!), no detail was overlooked. Theres even a massive (10x10) throw blanket that feels like getting lost in a hug. Since I love cooking, the kitchen was one of my favorite spaces of this home. Lots of countertop space and plenty of storage with a full sized pantry! Besides an air fryer, blender and crock pot, theres even a waffle iron for those lazy Sunday brunch mornings. This place gave us tranquility and peace after stressful shifts at the hospital (travel nurses). Although our contract came to an end, we are strongly considering looking for travel assignments here in 2023 - and we will absolutely be booking this condo again. The walkable neighborhood was a plus. Next time youre looking for a furnished home, look no further.

REN Housing Solutions luxury condo is THE perfect home for longer-term traveling professionals. The location is central in Sonoma County, with short drives to Petaluma, Santa Rosa and Sonoma. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the condo shares a driveway with friendly neighbors who look out for each other. Besides the home being freshly updated, the rental agreement included access to a local gym that is open 24/7 (super helpful while I was working odd hours), and a Peloton for those days you cant find gym motivation. The amenities here really surpassed any expectations I might have had. Roya, the primary host, was very accessible and communicative, and extended to us deals and discounts on wine and coffee she receives through her partnerships with other local business owners. Definitely would stay here again in a heartbeat. C and C
