Condo complex is full of business professionals and has all the amenities you could look for. (including in unit washer and dryer) Close to Whole Foods and in between midtown and downtown is the perfect spot. The bed has a brand new cooling premium mattress from Nectar.

Space
This is actually a very nice 1 bedroom with a new Queen memory foam mattress. The living area has a nice leather, pullout Queen mattress in the main living area. (hence the price / location combo)
It feels larger with 14 foot ceilings and the quieter courtyard side. Grill access by balcony. Pool area is great as well as gym pool table room. Its on the ground floor but is completely secure courtyard.

Exceptional stay!
James was very responsive and accommodating to my stay! I was able to walk to Ascension St. Thomas for my job in less than 10 minutes. I couldn't ask for a better location in the gulch next to excellent food and shopping. The grill just outside the deck is a great touch with a quiet courtyard. The pool scene is great as well!
