Amazing landlord, wonderful space, thoughtful touches

Ronnie is hands down the best landlord we have ever worked with. My partner and I have rented spaces in various states and have stayed in furnished places in numerous countries, so have had a lot of experience renting for comparison. Ronnie responded promptly to all of our needs. She went above and beyond what most landlords do. We also got our security deposit back completely and in record time. I mention this only because we've had a string of landlords not provide our security deposit for bogus reasons, which seems to be a disturbing trend. The space itself has everything you could possibly need, with the exception of any items you may be very particular about. The area is located on a quiet street with friendly neighbors and has a nice balcony to sit on. It's not far from Fairmount Park. Parking was never an issue. Highly recommend Ronnie. I cannot say enough good things about her.
