Great Place and Location

Zoe was a wonderful host. The house is comfortable and is in a very walkable neighborhood which made my time here very natural versus feeling like I was staying in a temporary situation. Zoe was easy to deal with and very responsive. Everything you need is here. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Amazing Central Austin Cottage

Zoe and her partner were phenomenal hosts! They were incredibly welcoming and kind while I stayed in their home. Zoe always gave me a heads up and plenty of advance notice for any rental/maintenance matters. She was easy to reach for any questions and always very accommodating. The space itself was clean, bright, quiet and a peaceful place to stay for several months. I loved the outdoor upstairs deck! Everything I needed was provided including utensils, appliances, linens, etc. The surrounding neighborhood was very charming and walkable as well as being close to downtown and restaurants on the East side. If I had to rent in Austin again I would not hesitate to rent at their home again. Thank you again for being such great hosts!

Great Stay in an Awesome Location

Fantastic 10-week stay!

Z is a great host - extremely responsive and friendly. The house was exactly as pictured - well-kept, clean, and quiet. The location is perfect - quick access to downtown for work, quiet, and in the vibrant East Austin community (which offers many local shops, restaurants, and bars). I greatly appreciated my stay here and will most definitely consider staying again if I am renting in Austin.

Great host, fun neighborhood

Z (host) is easy to work with, helpful, and communicative. We enjoyed our stay and extended several times. The apartment decor is fun, and the furnishings are well-kept. The pictures (of which Zhas lots and will provide more on request) were accurate and thorough. Best of all: East Austin is a great neighborhood with tons of great local shops and community activity. The Sunday Mueller farmers market, which is about a 5-minute drive away, is an excellent way to experience the local vibes of Austin and be part of the community.

Natural Light, Beautiful Garden, & Kind Owners

Z is an extremely attentive and kind owner. She welcomed my husband and I to the city with fresh bread over coffee and continuously helped us get to know the city and current events that would impact us as renters. At the same time, she respected our privacy and always communicated with us before she came over to maintain the garden or the property despite the fact we enjoyed her company. The home is clean, has an abundance of natural light, lots of storage (including access to the entire garage), good quality appliances, and a nest thermostat with reliable HVAC. If you are looking for a short-term rental to make your temporary home and explore Austin we would recommend!

East Austin Home - for a few months

Bright, airy and comfy home close to downtown with loads of eclectic food/fun venues nearby within walking distance. Enjoyed our stay and exploring the East Austin area, hosts are responsive and we had no issues.
