Very disappointing experience. We paid $1,700 for the first month about a month before moving in. On moving day, after seeing the actual condition of the property, we decided we could not stay. The refrigerator was broken and had mouse urine and feces inside, with mouse droppings also found in the kitchen. The bathroom was covered in mold, the bedroom was extremely dirty, and what was supposed to be a bed was actually a sofa covered in stains and in very poor condition. After we told the owner we did not want to stay because of these conditions, he still insisted that we send another $1,700. Please be extremely careful with this property. We strongly recommend seeing it in person and checking everything carefully before sending any money.

Unsafe Living Conditions and Deposit Not Returned

As a travel nurse, I had a very disappointing experience with this property. When we arrived on September 5, the conditions were completely different from what we had seen and what was advertised on Furnished Finder. We found extremely unsanitary conditions, including what appeared to be rodent droppings, dirt, hair, and a refrigerator with a strong odor. The property also had multiple rented rooms, including attic accommodations with shared facilities in poor condition.We felt unsafe staying there and had to find alternative housing just two days before my nursing assignment, causing significant stress and unexpected expenses. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the landlord refused to return our $1,700 deposit. We filed a police report and submitted a complaint regarding the propertys conditions. I am sharing this experience to help other travel nurses make informed decisions. I strongly recommend inspecting the exact rental space before signing a lease or sending money.

He'll give you two options on location of his properties very cheap and you'll get what you paid for. A bed a wobbly table, bugs and spiders , an awful smell. It was my first time using this App for housing made the mistake of signing a lease before checking it out. He'll want first and last months and if you leave within 30 minutes like I did youll have a tough time even getting half your money back. I'm planning on sending all my photos and documents to anyone I can so no healthcare worker would ever have to go through what I went through. Zero stars. Unlivable.
