Cozy B'ham Living

This 1 bed/1 bath apartment was such a gem! The location is close to downtown but still gives you the neighborhood feel while being able to hop on the highway in minutes! The location felt safe & secure with the outdoor patio/double door entrance. Parking was always easy to find and I never had any issues with my car. The condo itself looks just like the pictures. It's cozy, and easy to clean, and I felt at home while I was there! The kitchen had all the essentials and there was PLENTY of closet space for all my stuff! The owner was always responsive and super helpful with any issues. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Overall it's a pretty quiet space. You do have upstairs neighbors but I could only occasionally hear their footsteps and it never kept me from getting any rest. My stay was great! The laundry room and pool could use a little more upkeep, but nothing that stopped me from using both!
