The unit I stayed in was peaceful pet friendly space in an extremely ideal location. It's a 5 minute walk away from Kaiser Oakland, and a short drive away from the 580 and 24 interchange. K was a kind and attentive landlord that addressed any issues that arose remarkably fast. I had a great time in Oakland, and having this unit as a home was a large component of my experience.

K (the owner) is super fast and good with responding, making booking easy. We rented the place to have an apartment for our mother in law who was staying in town to help watch our new daughter. This one bedroom was perfect, fully equipped and a nice location (walking distance to two grocery stores and restaurants). Highly recommend
