I had a fantastic experience renting from GS. From day one, she was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any issues that arose. The place was impeccably clean, which made for a comfortable living environment. One of the highlights was the monthly cleaning service she provided, which went above and beyond my expectations. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better landlord.

Amazing

This place was awesome. Its private and in a quiet neighborhood. The bed is so comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is great. Small kitchen area but its well equipped enough to make some decent meals. Having a dedicated parking spot is also a plus. I enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend G's place to anyone in need of a home away from home. Not to mention Gwen is a fabulous host who will accommodate whatever you need but also respect your privacy.

Back House Rental

G is such a kind host. She is incredibly accommodating and makes you feel truly welcome. She does a great job at keeping the property well maintained. The space is attached to the back of the house, but you have a separate entrance and full privacy. The living room is spacious with a big TV and access to various streaming services provided by the host. This place had everything I needed, and I truly enjoyed my stay here.

Hidden Gem!

G was an amazing host, so caring and thoughtful. The place was exactly what I was looking for: - Large common area to hangout and unwind (huge tv!) - separate spacious bedroom with attached private bathroom - small kitchenette - Private entrance! - not to mention a pool! Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Claremont/Pomona area

This small apartment was my home for close to 17 years. The owner is a wonderful lady and she is very considerate person. The property is very clean and there is a washer and dryer in the garage. I very rarely used the pool however it is always clean. The neighbors are all friendly.
