West LA Rental close to Cedars, UCLA, Providece/St. John, Kaiser

The most wonderful place to live!

Tomek was a truly incredible host and restored my faith in landlords. He was very kind, responsive, and the apartment was spotless upon arrival/had everything I could have needed. The mattress/bedding are very comfortable, and the fan in the bedroom helped me sleep well. The complex is very quiet and peaceful. The walking paths are nicely manicured and great to walk a pet around, and West-LA college is also walking distance, which ended up being one of my favorite places to walk my dog. Also, the hot tub and pool steps away from the apartment are great to wind down in the evenings. Genuinely, I was so happy in this apartment and oftentimes miss it now that I'm back out east! Do not look further, 10/10!

Stay during travel contract

I wish I was still living here! My boyfriend and I lived here during my travel contract and it was everything we hoped and more. Tomek was a great responsive host and made the move in and out seamless along with great communication throughout our stay. The apartment is spacious and very homey with everything you could need. The bed is a pillow and the living room is the perfect place for a Netflix binge with the fireplace on. The complex is gated and kept up beautifully. Theres a pool/hot tub right downstairs in addition to 2 others - the main pool is heated year round, which we loved in the winter. The clubhouse is a great place to socialize. The gym had everything to have a full workout and the sauna was a perfect way to end a good session. The complex and this building were peaceful with friendly neighbors. Right across the street is a plaza with a grocery store among other things but everything you need is within 10 minutes away. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

5*. This is clean, modern, fully furnished, and LL is very communicative. The photos shown are accurate. You can really just bring your suitcase here. This is a great location with 1-3 block walk to Ralph's supermarket, Starbucks, and Target. It has covered parking, 3 pools, community center with gym, and gated security. It's abt a 25 min walk or $12 Uber to heart of downtown Culver City. The grounds are maintained and the neighbors are welcoming. We have stayed in a ton of FF listings over the past 3 years and this was the best one yet.

Wonderful Stay

Tomek is everything you can ask for in a host. Reliable, responsive, and understanding. I wasn't planning on staying in this apartment for 8 months, but life happened and Tomek was so accommodating. The apartment itself was very comfortable. Clean, fresh, newly remodeled. The Lakeside Village complex is beautiful with lots of amenities and nice people. This is a great deal considering everything that comes with this apartment. Highly recommend.

great apartment

Amazing place! Stayed here with my fianc and our pet. Loved using the pool and hot tubs and grills outside. Cute fireplace inside too and had lots of dinner at that large dining room table! Wish we didnt have to move. 10/10. And very comfy bed& couch
