We have been at this property and find it outstanding. Tasha and Keyvi are amazing hostesses who will ensure one is 100% satisfied. If a maintenance need arrives, they promptly address it, be it day or night. The management, service and quality of the property makes for a great experience. Highly recommended.

Excellent Accomodations in Nice Area!

First let me say, the Caldwell family of Caldwell Properties LLC, are absolutely awesome! Any questions or concerns I had were addressed in a timely manner. They were there for me any time I needed them. Everything was exactly as seen on the Furnished Finder website. The apartment is centrally located and close to many restaurants and venues. I will most definitely use there services again if I am in the Houston area.

Clean and convenient location

I had the opportunity to stay at this location while on contract. The location was near the medical district, clean and within walking distance to stores and restaurants. T the landlord and her team were there to assist and answer any questions in a timely manner. I had a positive experience overall and will reach out again should I return to the area.

I have nothing but good things to say about this unit and about the Caldwell family, who manages it. The place was exactly as pictured in the listing and is a great location in relation to the medical center and all the places I wanted to visit. T and her family were incredibly welcoming and always quick to respond to my messages. I would definitely recommend any traveler to stay at this unit.
