Clean Simple and Safe

Stayed here for a while and it was great. The check in process was very easy. The space is very clean. The grounds are beautiful and very serene. Neighborhood is very nice as well. Good for going on walks or jogging around in the evening. I felt safe throughout my stay. Ideal for young professionals who need to stay somewhere for a short time because though small, all the utilities you need is inside the home.The host is pleasant and reasonable.

The images in the pictures tell such a beautiful story & the pictures seen here is precise - the studio space is comfortable & inviting - I do not want to leave. D is a great person who is in possession of a great space to relax & chill.

I really enjoyed my stay here. A lovely apartment. Safe and quiet street. Screened in patio was great to sit and relax. Property owner very accommodating. I would definitely come back to stay!

Great stay

I stayed here for 4 months while working at advent health. It was a great stay for one person. Right next to clear lake park which is a nice walk. Safe/friendly neighborhood. Host was very accommodating and available. Unfortunate that theres no laundry unit or dishwasher but I made do. The screened in patio was my favorite place to read and eat my meals and enjoy the weather.
