The Best Host Ever

Staying at Kats place has been such a wonderful experience! Kat is an amazing host warm, genuine, and someone Ive truly come to call a friend. The room is tastefully decorated and feels comfortable and welcoming from day one. Kat strikes the perfect balance of giving privacy while also being a friendly, engaging conversationalist when you want company. The house itself is beautifully maintained, with a spacious kitchen and dining area thats great for cooking or relaxing, and a lovely backyard to enjoy. I couldnt recommend this home more! I am genuinely very sad to leave, but Kat and I will remain friends for life and I am forever thankful to have rented from her :)

Private, Cozy and Affordable

Finding this property was heaven sent and the landlord is what I consider a superhost! I loved every minute I spent here! The room is spacious including the closet, bathroom inside the room and a cute little built-in desk for eating or using your laptop. You also get a great amount of refrigerator storage and cabinet space for your own food. The backyard is so relaxing and if you love fresh lemons and grapefruit then you're in the right place. K (Landlord) even threw in plastic ware to transport lunch to work. The wifi worked great and there's a printer if needed that's wireless! The 3 amigos/kitties are super friendly, I fell in love with them!! K really did a wonderful job keeping the shared area clean, she was so sweet and I just loved her sense of humor!! It was bittersweet to leave this amazing place. I will always choose her home when I travel back for a work vacation!! This is the place for anyone looking for a safe, cozy and affordable place!!
