Great experience in this lovely, comfortable apartment

I am a travel nurse and stayed at Lindas place for 3 months. This is a one bedroom, one bath with lots of space, its very comfortable, modern, and well taken care of. The apartment has high quality furniture/appliances/finishes/etc and feels like a home, not just somewhere to stay. Linda is very kind and a great landlord, always approachable and responsive. The area is nice, very walkable, Whole Foods nearby, and easy to find street parking. I would recommend staying here and would absolutely stay again if Im ever back in Portland for work!

Walk to LEMC-Emanuel

I adored this basement apartment. Very livable, I walked to and from work, the grocery store, post office, and restaurants. The kitchen has a ton of room. The shower has heated floors and is very spacious. In unit washer and dryer. The owner is very kind and attentive. I liked it so much that I stayed almost a full year. If you have a car, you can park on the street, but I just walked or got rides.

An Amazing Spot! Hope to Stay Again

Modern Gem in the City is the perfect name. I stayed here for four months. The location is great. An amazing park basically across the street and walking distance to a Whole Foods and many bars, restaurants, and coffee houses. Check out TwentySix Cafe for a good cup of coffee. The unit is great. All new furnishing, very comfortable once you walk in. Love the heated bathroom floor and walk in shower. Has everything you need for a furnished unit. Owner is amazing and the neighbors are all very friendly. Hope to stay here again in the future!
