Great Stay, Beautiful Place and Amazing Location!

As a travel nurse, I had been moving around a lot. This was the nicest place I have stayed at to date. The 24-hour concierge was very helpful and saved me a lot of time and effort with being able to allow guests or food delivery up to the floor without me needing to go down to retrieve them. The pool and hot tub were very nice with awesome mountain views. The gym is well equipped with almost everything you could need. I was able to use the movie theater room once which was so cool! The grills were almost always available as well. The kitchen was very well stocked and had any and all of the cooking appliances and utensils needed. The location can't be beat with being so close to so many fun downtown activities. I very much enjoyed my stay here and was very sad to leave! The owner was very easy to communicate with and very attentive to any questions.

Excellent location with beautiful view and the best Landlord

Due to my profession, I have been living in various apartments for the past 16 years, and this was one of my favorite experiences so far. From the concierge who knew me by name and always greeted me with a smile to the landlord who made sure I never wanted for anything, I truly felt at home. I do not have a single negative I could say about this place. The landlord even took the time to ask me if the could do anything else to improve and purchased additional linens and kitchen appliances to bring it from great to perfect. Additionally he never showed up unannounced and always checked in with me if anyone needed to come (ie to check the air vents), which is something I've had to deal with in the past with longer stays. If I had to return back to the Denver area I would 100% try to see if this place was available. 110% recommend staying here!
