D and A are wonderful landlords! They are both very friendly, welcoming, and present for any needs you may have. I stayed over a year as a travel nurse and loved every minute of living there. Great location, less than 10 mins to work downtown and 15 mins to beach. Highly recommend their private little studio! :)

Perfect Home for your Travel Assignment

This unit had absolutely everything I want and look for in my "home away from home" during assignments: quiet & safe neighborhood; private space; in-unit washer and dryer; perfect location for work (and play! so close to downtown and the beach!) and it's well-maintained and clean! Ms. A and Mr. D were great landlords/hosts; they gave me my space and privacy, but were also very easy to reach if needed! I always felt safe, and I had everything I needed. I worked in the medical district downtown, so the location is perfect. I almost always never see traffic, which is super convenient! It's also close enough to the beach that I could surf before work whenever I wanted. It's also a very quiet neighborhood, and I never lost sleep over any noises or concerns. Highly recommend!
