Charming Place in Excellent Neighborhood

For almost two years, weve lived in this charming two-bedroom apartment. The place comes fully furnished with modern dcor and includes everything you could possibly need. The apartment is spacious yet cozy, and the outside courtyard offers a great addition to the living space. The place is conveniently located in a charming neighborhood just minutes from Downtown Orlando. The neighboring lakes and market are a huge plus. Finally, P, the apartments landlord, is very responsive and readily available to address any issues or concerns. We loved our time in this apartment and would highly recommend renting it.

We loved it here. The neighborhood was safe. There is a lake right down the street that we used frequently for walks and runs. The property owners were very communicative and helpful to our needs. They provided a nice home that was comfortable and felt like home to us for the 3 month stay we had. Highly recommend!

Great condo, great location

I stayed in this condo for just shy of three months while in Orlando for work. The condo is just as lovely as the photos depict. It has everything needed to feel at home - a kitchen stocked with the essentials, washer and dryer, comfortable beds, etc. I loved ending the day with a glass of wine on the private patio. Its a great neighborhood. Its very quiet with the convenience of being close to downtown, as well as several highways. Theres a lake with a nice walking trail and a cafe at the end of the street. It also comes with an assigned parking spot. The owner was friendly and quick to respond, though I rarely needed to reach out. I would have happily stayed longer if my job allowed it.
