Great place to stay!

Great apartment with everything you'll need. Loved the waterfront walking trail located right outside the property with easy access to Jack London Square. Never felt unsafe staying here as a single female. Owner was very respectful and responsive.

This place is just as cute as the pics! I was initially very nervous to find housing in Oakland, and I feel lucky to have found this place. Close to work, gated and secure parking, close to downtown and Alameda, 20 mins to San Francisco. Guests leaving their cars outside have to sometimes be careful of car break-ins, but other than that I had zero issues. Train can be heard from condo, but it never bothered me that much. Laundry was machine operated on each floor and I never had trouble finding space, a machine was always open. Owner M is quick to respond to questions/issues. I would absolutely rent this place again!
