would not recommend

First off he has nerve to charge and cleaning fee and he didn't even clean room before I arrived. Dish was so thick under the bed I dropped something and came back with hand full dust eww. Secondly he cooks and keep the sink full of dishes for the whole week and just leave that pans on the stove where he cooked in. I'd post photos if it was allowed. I had to end my contract and get out of there.

Room

I stayed here for 8 weeks during a travel assignment and it was close to everything I needed. The location was perfect for me!

Peaceful, Clean Space

T is an incredibly kind and easy-going owner to rent from. His place is very peaceful, clean, and cozy. The bed was quite comfortable and I enjoyed having a TV in the room so I could watch shows in private. Keep in mind that this is a room in a house with a small family, so youll have to be okay with sharing the communal spaces. That being said, they were often out of the house and were fairly quiet & respectful. If youre just looking for a an affordable place to stay during your work days/contract and plan on doing things on your off days, then T's place is definitely a good option. T is very responsive and always ready to resolve any issues/concerns you may have.
