This place is set in a very good location and nice place to stay. There were many waterbugs that made their appearance in the summer with the creek behind the house and no amount of exterminators could get rid of this. When we were moving out, Marc wrongly kept our security deposit when he wrongly implied that we would be staying for another month. The wording of our lease was twisted and falsely used against us in order to keep our money. We believe the main reason for this is due to his poor management and communication skills, leading to him prematurely turning down tenants.

A beautiful and safe place for a family

M's place is a wonderful place for my family. I'm a traveling Medical Laboratory Scientist. I took my family with me during my 13 weeks contract assignment in Newport News, VA. I was very glad to stay at M's property. If you had any questions, just let him know and he will get back to you right away. The best thing is the community of this neighborhood. The neighbors are so loving to us. I have two boys (8 and 10 years old), and they had been invited to neighbors house for swimming as long as they were at home. They become our dearly friends! I highly recommend Marc's property for any responsible traveling personnel during their contract!!
