Great South County Location

Great Place!

This was a great place to stay during my assignment in St Louis! The area was quiet and safe, the room was spacious and clean and furthermore Phillip was very accommodating and kind. Easy access to the highway as well. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a room to stay at this property!

Nice and clean house. Has everything I needed during my stay including washer and dryer, full size kitchen with adjacent balcony, perfect for my morning coffee and donuts. Phil let me know he was only a phone call away if there was a problem however, my stay went very well. Home is located in a safe quiet neighborhood. Home has private driveway for parking. I would definitely stay again.

South County Gem

P is an ideal landlord. He is personable, responsive and generous. He takes great care of his property. This cozy, clean, and affordable home provides a nice escape from the busy city. The neighborhood is safe and family-oriented. Close to stores and restaurants. Thank you for a pleasant, worry-free stay!

South Countys Best

Great, clean home in a quiet, safe neighborhood! Owners take great care of the place (just refinished the entire deck!), super friendly, and always willing to help out. House had everything I needed: bed, closet, living space, kitchen with all the cooking equipment, my own clean bathroom, laundry, and driveway for parking. Not to mention, one of the cheapest places I could find. A and S groceries just down the road, only minutes from I-55, and easy drive to downtown and everywhere else in the metro area. I loved the proximity to the South County mall and going for runs on Grants Trail and at Jefferson Barracks Park which are both less than 10 minutes away. If youre looking for a safe, cosy, affordable stay in St. Louis, I highly recommend!

Home away from home

Very warm, cozy and clean place. Landlord P and wife are very friendly and kind and always available when needed. I travel a lot and have been to numerous states and cities and l can safely say by far this is my favorite home. I would gladly stay there everytime when Im in Saint Louis

it was a nice clean home, safe and quiet neighborhood with a great landlord that was a pleasure doing business with. house was mainly available to self which is a good thing and makes you feel right at home. if i had to stay in saint louis again. this would be my spot.
