Convenient and Easy

Ozi makes this stay a breeze. The apartment includes everything needed to have a little home away from home. A short drive from NYC and a short drive to many North Jersey hospitals. You can get around via car, public transit or walking.

An actual oasis

This place has everything to make your stay feel like home. With beautiful decorative touches that creates a relaxing environment to unwind after work. The host OzI was so easy to communicate with and made me feel very comfortable. Easy 8-10 minute walk to Beth Israel. If I worked again at Beth Israel I would %100 stay here again!

Travel nurse

I stayed here for 13 weeks. This space was clean and comfortable. It is a basement studio apartment, and there were no bugs or rodents. Laundry area conveniently next door. I stayed in the winter and I had no problems with staying warm. There is a driveway for parking or you can park on the street. Management very attentive to any questions or problems that may pop up. It was very close to my job. I would definitely stay here again. FYI: remember that it is in the basement, so the ceiling is low, if you are very tall that could be an issue. I am 5'1", so no problems for me. If you are shorter than 5'8", you should be ok

Modern 2 bedroom

Im a travel nurse from Atlanta and stayed here to work at Newark Beth Israel. The apartment is very clean and updated. The kitchen has everything you need. I loved that the door unlocked with an app on your phone so I never had to fumble with keys. Coworkers at the hospital say it was a rough area, but I took the bus to and from work daily and walked to various stores with no problem. I also had food deliveries and grocery deliveries that would sit by the door until I got off work. I stayed here by myself and used the 2nd room for when my family came for the holidays. I highly recommend this location, especially if you dont want to bring your car with you.

Newark rental

This was a great place to stay! It is super clean and has everything you could possibly need! The location is in a convenient spot for several hospitals in the area. I felt like I was in a safe neighborhood and I never had any issues with finding parking between the street and sharing the driveway with other tenants! O is great to work with too! She was quick to respond to all my questions and if I needed anything!
