Wonderful Stay

This property is more than this travel RN could have ever asked for! Property is in a safe, wonderful location-park area only a couple of blocks away, nice neighborhood to walk in. As a night shifter, it is also very quiet. On top of all the amenities, the home owner Deb, is beyond helpful and so easy to work with. By far, one of my best FF Find!

Exceptional Landlord!!

The place was close to Sky Ridge Hospital where I had taken a 13 week assignment as a PA. The actual residence was clean and the amenities were great as well!! It was the Landlady (owner-Deb Mc Kenny) who made all the difference! She was very responsive to any questions and concerns no matter how small it maybe! I wish all landlords would come even close!! There was a welcome card waiting for me together with a basket with water bottles, 2 grocery bags (with an explanation about-grocery stores in Colorado not providing free plastic bags anymore) , a map guide to the City of Denver downtown and surrounding cities! My husband came for a visit twice and had met Deb and he too was impressed with her :) the last visit of my husband landed him in the ER on our last day of stay and Deb was so gracious not to charge us extra for the additional days we overstayed!! Overall I didn't hesitate to give a great review of my stay in Deb's property and best of all I gained a friend for life!!

A fantastic place to stay- great property and people

This is a lovely, extremely well kept full basement suite with a kitchenette and bathroom. Everything is new, works great and feels instantly like home. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet with lots of paths for walking or jogging. Very close to all the key roads and amenities including downtown Parker which is great for dinner and hanging out. Most importantly, the landlords are super attentive, kind and helpful. This was an amazing home base from which to work and explore all that Denver has to offer! Truly a great rental. Thank you!

Wonderful home and owners

D and M are great, very helpful and available if needed but not up in your business otherwise! House itself is very nice, well maintained w no issues. Area very safe, neighbors all help keep an eye on the property. Nice walking trails, playground and huge park within a few blocks. Would 100%tent here again if needed.

Hello everyone !!! For future renters: my family and I recently just stayed here at this beautiful, spacious property here in Parker, CO. We couldnt have asked for a more better, awesome, fantastic stay here at this property. D and M are the sweetest, most caring people we have ever met and they are more than gracious and accommodating to us. My family and I stayed for 3 months and were away from our home, but D and M made us feel like family from the beginning and we are so grateful to have met them on our travel journey. We 1000% recommended for anyone to stay here, please take care of their home when you stay, they are truly amazing people. Also, wonderful neighbors, beautiful neighborhood, nice walking areas, large open park and playground for kids. Highly recommend !!!! Thank you D and M for the AWESOME experience !!! :)

Beautiful home, amazing hosts

D and M are great hosts! I mostly communicated with Deb and she was very nice and accommodating. The basement suite is nice and doesn't really feel like you are in a basement with big windows that let in light. Bathroom and shower in the basement are great as you can see in the photos. With access to the laundry and kitchen on main floor you have everything you need. Highly recommend and I hope to be back some time!
