Great Apartment

I stayed at this spacious, well stocked apartment for 2 months for work. The host was very helpful and accommodating. The rental rate is great for the area and the home is in a good location for shopping and restaurants. Just minutes from Grayson city center, this apartment is in a quite neighborhood and the home backs up to a wood lot.

Home Away From Home

Ms. T thought of everything. The description of this property is very accurate. My stay at this two-bedroom basement apartment was very pleasant and relaxing. It's decorated beautifully, extremely clean and quiet. Ms T has every amenity you might need. You will have all the kitchen appliances and utensils, many spices, variety of coffee's (pods) and teas. Laundry detergent for washing, paper goods, and more. The apartment is well lite from natural light in the living room and bedrooms but has blackout drapes if you like it dark. The mattresses are firm and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The home is well kept, the grounds are beautifully, and the neighborhood is great for taking a walk. Grocery stores and shopping malls are close by as well as great restaurants. Ms T is always available by phone for any questions or concerns and responds quickly. I will be returning next year. You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

Absolutely wonderful stay

Do not miss the opportunity to stay here! The apartment is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you might need. Ms L definitely places a high priority on the needs of her guests and we just had to bring our personal items to be up and running. We stayed for about 5 months and I highly recommend it for anyone coming to the area as it was super convenient to all major businesses but far enough outside of town that it was peaceful (Even with traffic, it only took 20 minutes to reach Northside Gwinnett Hospital). The 2 bedrooms are both large with huge closets and the open floor plan in the main area gives you a spacious feeling, especially with the large window at the front of the room. Each bedroom has a window, too, so you don't feel closed in and it doesn't feel like a basement apartment at all. The kitchen is fantastic... beautiful, organized and fully stocked with everything you will need to cook meals at home and a washer/dryer are located in the unit. This place was perfect for our needs and was truly a home away from home.
