Perfect place for students!!

Wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with a private bedroom and bathroom and access to the kitchen. The host was incredibly welcoming and kind but also gave me plenty of space. I felt very safe and comfortable, especially since it was my first time staying alone in Temple as a student. The location was also perfect and only a 7-minute drive to BSW Temple and close to everything. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely perfect!

Ms. Karen is a great host with a beautiful, clean, safe, and comfortable home. Access to the kitchen appliances, a private bathroom, towels, and bedding provided. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Great place for students!

I had the pleasure of staying here for three months, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the day I arrived, Karen was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The house was always clean and well maintained, with plenty of space and access to everything I required. I was completing clinical rotations at BSW in Temple for the last 3 months of my program, and the commute was very convenient. The neighborhood was beautiful and wonderful. I always felt safe, and everyone I met was friendly and kind. I would highly recommend this place to any student looking for a comfortable short or long term stay. All thanks to the host, Karen, who truly is amazing!! I will miss her.

Amazing!

K was the best host! The home is located in a very nice, safe neighborhood 10-15 minutes from BSW and itself is absolutely stunning and has everything you could possibly need during your stay. K is a kind, accommodating host that respects the tenant's privacy but is communicative and always available when needed. I was very nervous staying in a new city far from home and she made me feel safe, comfortable and at home during my time there. I'm already planning a return trip and hope to stay here again!

Very clean, safe & quiet

I had the most pleasant and enjoyable stay at this beautiful, very clean and organized home. I worked the evening shift, coming home late at night in this newly built subdivision, I felt extremely safe. It is within 10 mins drive of major shops & freeway. Karen is the utmost professional, with a warm and welcoming spirit. She gives you all the privacy. Did I mention how clean , safe and quiet this house is I stayed with here for 10months. I most certainly will recommend staying here.

Best stay ever

I loved staying at this stunning property with an even more amazing host. I'm a 4th year medical student who rotated at BSW and was very nervous about coming to an unfamiliar city but Karen helped put my worries to rest. She had a beautiful clean home in a great neighborhood that I felt very comfortable in as a female. Additionally, she was easily accessible if I needed anything. I recommend this property very very highly!

Excellent!!

I highly recommend this property. The house is beautiful, big and located in a very nice safe neighborhood. My room was big and comfortable. I had my own bathroom and access to all common areas. Karen is an excellent host, always available and making sure I was comfortable. I'm really happy I decided to stay at this property and without a doubt I would stay again If i had to go back to Temple.

Above and beyond!!

I stayed here for 1 month, and Ms. K is the best host I have ever had!! Her home is beautiful and very clean, and you have plenty of space in the room as well as with the common shared areas. The neighborhood and area are also very safe, and such an easy commute to the hospitals nearby. She went above and beyond during my stay to help make me feel comfortable, and I had plenty of privacy. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Temple!

Amazing house and host

She was an amazing host! The house was very nice and clean all the time She was always available if you needed something, but otherwise you were given your privacy. Would definitely stay here again if I came back to Temple.

Cozy and Convenient

I had great peaceful stay at K's house. My room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed. A comfy bedroom with wall in closet with plenty of room for storage. The home is beautifully decorated with huge kitchen. K is so warm and inviting and was an excellent host, always a text away. This home deserves a 10/10, and would definitely recommend to travel professionals!

Beautiful home in convenient location

Home is beautiful and perfect layout for tenants. Ms. K is very welcoming and accommodating. Location is close to BS&W hospital in Temple and accessible to main roads. Definitely would stay here again.

The best home you can find !!!

I highly recommend this property . The house is beautiful, big, and clean. It is located in a safe new neighborhood. It took me 8-10 min to get to Baylor Scott and White. The owner is sweet and always pending of what we need. The room is huge and nice decorated. Very comfy bedroom as long with the bathroom. This is a quiet and private place. You wont regret it !!!

Homely!

First, the house is beautiful, very homely and the host is super welcoming... its in a quiet, nice part of town also. I had a great, comfy stay and will definitely come back here if I need to be in Temple again! Youd like it.
