So good, I came back!

I have nothing but good things to say as this was my second time renting with M! I had originally rented the two bedroom unit two years ago and I came back this time finding exactly what I need with this one bedroom unit. This unit is equipped with everything you'll need for a temporary stay! You have a nice private driveway that can easily fit two cars and the unit is next to an elementary school so I always felt safe when I would take late night walks with my dog. The living area gets a ton of natural light during the day and I loved leaving the front door open to get the extra breeze in on warmer days. There's also a dog park nearby which was very convenient to walk to. We loved our La Mesa home, will come back a third time if the opportunity arises!

Amazing townhome with everything you need!

So glad I came across this amazing furnished rental! It had all the amenities I wanted and then some. Beautiful property, new appliances, comfortable furniture and a lots of storage! I loved spending time in the fenced-in, private, front yard getting to enjoy the sunshine. Neighborhood felt safe and close to lots of places- shopping/groceries. Convenient off-street parking also. M was a wonderfully attentive and helpful landlady! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! I rented it for 3 months while looking for long-term housing and even extended a few extra weeks which was super helpful.

Great LaMesa Rental

Such a great long term rental! Newly renovated! Very comfortable and very nice to have a secure outdoor space. Close to downtown! Our host couldnt have been nicer and was very welcoming and accessible if we had any questions. I would highly recommend this rental!

Great Property in a central location to everything

The property had everything a travel nurse could need. It was brand new in a safe location. The off street parking and private front yard were some of my favorite things about the unit. There was plenty of storage space for my things. My stay here was wonderful, with no major issues. M always responded quickly if I had any questions.
