My husband and I stayed here for 4 months while we were looking to relocate to a new home in Cary, NC. Diana, the owner, was always available to us. We enjoyed our stay there. It was very comfortable and clean. It's also right across from the pool which we definitely took advantage of!

Great experience

My wife and I stayed here for 4 months while we were searching for a home to purchase. Diana was so great and responsive, she resolved any issues we had in a quick professional manner. The complex is quiet and family friendly with a pool across the street. Its centrally located to Cary and Raleigh, the backyard area is calm and wooded. I would recommend this rental to anyone who is looking for an affordable, calm , quiet place with quick access to freeway, downtown Cary & Raleigh.

This is such a great little find right between Raleigh and Cary. Super to close to everything. Really nice complex. Very cosy inside and spacious. Had a great experience with the landlord. She was responsive and helpful. Cant recommend this place more!

As a travel nurse

D was a pleasure to work with. The property is pretty close to many locations and about a 10 minute drive to Cary Wakemed. Peaceful, nice neighborhood with everyone around being so polite. The townhome itself is what you expect. Two floors, clean, an charming. When the fridge went out D within a day had it fully replaced and even offered to let us use hers during that time. Easy to communicate with and always met us in the middle with zero problems. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable - great property owner

My husband and I stayed at this property for over 2 months. It was exactly what we needed: Comfortable space, nicely decorated, all of the kitchen items for cooking, comfortable queen beds, all the linens you need. Lots of closet space. We didn't utilize the pool but it looked really clean. There is a Harris Teeter grocery store very close by (3 minute drive). The location is great - close to downtown yet in a quiet neighborhood/condo complex. Safe area. We had a dedicated parking spot in front of the unit and a tag for a 2nd car to park in the visitors lot if needed (also very close). The central AC (new) worked great to keep us cool. The internet was fast & reliable. Most importantly, the owner is amazing. There was a bad storm where we lost power for a while. She did everything in her power to make sure we were safe and comfortable. She stayed in constant communication with us, even though she was dealing with problems of her own at the time. I would not hesitate to recommend.
