Perfect Place!

I am currently spending just under a year renting this place and had absolutely no complaints. The room is quiet, very comfortable, and had a warm, homey feel that made it easy to settle in. The property is well cared for, and the cute dogs and cats around added a friendly, welcoming touch. For it being my first time moving out of state for an extended period, the hosts couldnt have made my experience any better, feels like family! It truly felt like a home away from home, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Amazing property

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO EVERYONE. My son stayed there for over a month and the place was amazing. T and her family are such good people that they make you feel at home. The location is awesome a lot of business around the area too.

Exactly what I was looking for!

Exactly what I was looking for! S and T couldn't be more welcoming! Peaceful guest house with a GORGEOUS yard. Quiet location, and love the cats and dogs waiting for me to get home from work! A perfect home away from home

Home away from home

Amazing space and location! Neighborhood is nice and quiet. T and her husband have been so accommodating and helpful during my stay. I would highly recommend this place. Nice large TV and comfortable bed. Enjoyed it so much especially the welcoming dogs!

Pleasant and Warm Stay

T and S were amazing hosts and it has been wonderful staying here. The tall ceilings give the room a spacious feel and the bed is very cozy. There is a large smart TV in the room which makes it great for movie nights. There's also a grill which was convenient in addition to the hot plate I brought. The shower is large and has a relaxing atmosphere. There is always parking available and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Everything you need is close by and there is a grocery store 5 minutes away.

Loved This Welcoming and Homey Space

My partner and I have been staying in this studio for the past few months and it's been amazing. T and S are incredible hosts - they are so caring and always make sure we have everything we need. The space feels very homey and their animals are so loving and great to have around. This place has had all the essentials we needed in our time here!

Wonderful space

I have been in this space for over two months now, and I have nothing but good things to say. T and her spouse are some of the nicest people I've met in Colorado thus far. They have been extremely accommodating to any requests or needs that I have. The space is comfortable and has been perfect for just me. Although there is not full kitchen, I have been ordering a weekly meal service that sends precooked/prepared meals that are microwaveable and that has been perfect for me. I take my laundry to a laundromat super close by, which increases my productivity with my laundry because I wash, dry, and fold it all right there- I can do a big load all at once and there are no piles of laundry laying around afterwards because it is all taken care of. The dogs and cats welcome me home from work almost everyday, they are all very loveable. The neighborhood feels very safe, nice and quiet, and I feel safe parking my car on the street because the road is wide enough.

Quiet and cozy

My husband and I stayed here for the night, to get away together. It was just what we needed! It was extremely clean and welcoming. Everything looked newly renovated and the bathroom was exquisite! Teresa does an amazing job of decorating and making it feel like a home. Such a great location to stay in as well, quiet neighborhood that is close to everything! We definitely recommend this little apartment!
