Perfect Location, Cozy Stay, and Outstanding Host!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this rental! Ben is incredibly helpful, approachable, and genuinely friendly, always available to answer any questions and make sure everything went smoothly. The place itself is perfectly equipped with all the essentials you could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home. The neighborhood is also very quiet and peaceful. I felt completely safe and secure throughout my stay, which was a big bonus. Plus, its location is fantastic, with supermarkets and other conveniences just a short distance away, making errands a breeze. I'm so grateful to the owners for their hospitality and for providing such a comfortable, well-appointed space. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free, welcoming place to stay!

Great for Longer Stay!

I stayed at this property for about four months during my clinical rotations in medical school. It was the perfect location! I rotated at two different hospitals in completely opposite directions, and this was about a 30 minute drive from each. When I wasn't at the hospital, the property itself was cozy and quiet. Perfect for relaxing and studying! Host and family were super friendly and always checking in to make sure everything was going well with my stay, but privacy always comes first. I would definitely stay there again if I'm able to rotate in the area in the future!! This is an excellent area with excellent hosts!

Wonderful rental!

Quiet, peaceful and amazing place to stay. It felt like home and that was very important to me. It is a really cute place and you can tell they put a lot of effort into making it comfortable for travel nurses. I worked night shifts and had no noise complaints. Communication was also great and I appreciated that. Thank you B and family for making it a wonderful stay for me. I definitely recommend this rental!!!!

Excellent Stay!

I really enjoyed my time at this property and would definitely stay here again if I am ever back in the area. The property is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's a peaceful environment, I always slept very well here after a long shift at the hospital. The host B and his family are very kind and were always checking in on me to make sure I had everything I needed, and I really appreciated their kindness! I feel lucky to of found such an amazing place and was sad to leave! Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is in the area and is seeking a quiet and comfortable stay!

Nice apt in quiet neighborhood

My wife and I stayed here for 4 months while working in the area. Very quiet dead-end street. The owner and his family are awesome and he responds very quickly with any request. Its an in-law suite on the side of their house. Separate entrance and your own parking spot in the driveway. We were very happy here. Very close to the metro station to go into DC. Lots of good restaurants in the surrounding towns.

BEST spot in town!

The C apartment is more than just a place to live. The moment I walked up to meet them, I felt their warmth. They made me feel welcomed, cared for and safe. They became my family away from home. From surprise dinners (K is an incredible chef!) at the end of long workdays to hump day beers to B brushing the snow off this Florida gals carthey exemplified thoughtfulness. The apartment itself is perfect for one person. Great parking for the resident and guests, washer/dryer, cute and functional kitchen, a TV in the living room and in the bedroom, great closet space, perfect sized bathroom and plenty of storage room. I cried real tears when I had to leave them because I doubt I will ever live in a space that gave me more than just a roof over my head. I made lifelong friends in the C.
