Great place to stay!

I'm very much enjoyed during my stay here! Everything was close by, restaurants and bus stop in walking distance. Everything was so fresh and clean. Very responsive when I reached out with questions, and extremely flexible with dates of stay. This place provides parking spot as well which can be hard to find staying in Seattle area. I will undoubtedly be renting this place again. If you get the chance to, I would absolutely recommend staying here!

excellent host excellent place

Would highly recommend this place. John was the best host I could ask for, very professional, easy to talk to, responded quickly, and was always willing to do what he could to make my stay comfortable or accommodate my needs. I stayed here for back to back 13 week contracts, place had everything I needed to feel at home away from home. There was AC during the summer and heater during the winter. Full size refrigerator, kitchen area big enough for me to cook my meals (microwave/Keurig/pots/pans/plates/bowls/utensils provided), in unit washer/dryer, smart TV for all my entertainment needs, and fast WiFi. The immediate surrounding area was quiet and felt safe. There is a really good Mexican/taco spot at the bottom of the hill and a good breakfast/lunch spot within walking distance. Many other good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Quick access to the I-5, close to Lumen field, T-Mobile park, and downtown/Pike place. Do not hesitate to book this place!

homey stay

This place was so homey and fully equipped for the most comfortable stay. J is very nice, understanding and communicative. He definitely made our stay easy and comfortable. Really enjoyed our time here. Perfect location.

Comfortable stay w/ great host

I had the opportunity to stay at one of J's properties over the summer. The unit was thoughtfully furnished w/ everything you could need, plus more. The unit was comfortable for the size & it definitely felt like home in the 4 months I was there. One of my favorite things about it is that it had AC, which is hard to find in Seattle. J was very responsive & went above & beyond as a host . I definitely would recommend this property to stay in!
