Clean and Comfortable Furnished Studio

I stayed here for 8 months while completing clinical rotations and loved every moment ! The studio has just about everything you need for a comfortable stay and is very centrally located (beaches, grocery stores, shopping, etc. are all about 15 minutes away). There is no washer / dryer in-unit, but there are several laundromats within a 5-10min distance which were great. Communication with the owner was excellent, and there was always plenty of convenient street parking right outside. The space itself was bright, well-decorated, and thoughtfully furnished with little touches that made it feel like home. It's also surprisingly spacious for a studio, and has its own private entrance. I would absolutely recommend this listing to anyone looking for a place to stay in San Diego !

Perfect studio with walk in closet!

I had a fantastic stay at this studio! Its thoughtfully designed and feels much bigger than it is. Kitchen: The kitchen was a highlightit has everything you could possibly need, including a cooktop, oven, microwave, Keurig, and a full size fridge and freezer. Even though its a studio, youre not missing a thing when it comes to cooking or convenience. Space: The walk-in closet and spacious bathroom were unexpected bonuses, making the space feel much more open and functional. Despite that, it still felt incredibly cozy and homey. Parking & Cleanliness: Parking was a breezeI never had any issues. The entire space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Location. Central to all freeways and within 15-20 minutes of most everything you want to do. Id absolutely recommend this studio to anyone looking for a private, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable place to stay. Id happily stay here again.

Great place!

I had a great 3 month stay here while working at Rady Children's! The neighborhood is super safe and quiet and parking in front of the house is easy and always available. Only downside is no washer/dryer but I found the Serra Mesa laundromat to be nice and clean. Overall I highly recommend staying here!

the best place ive stayed at !

Honestly its the best of everything. I really enjoyed having a cozy private stay that was literally down the street from work and just about a 15 minute drive to everything. The neighborhood was quiet and on top of that parking was a dream. C was an excellent host! I recommend this place to anyone and if Im ever back this is the first place Im looking for.

The Absolutle best location to live in San Diego

This lovely studio has everything you could ever want as a traveler. The location is less than 15 minutes to everything you would want to do from shopping, hiking, the beach, work etc. The neighborhood is super friendly with everyone taking morning and evening walks, some even with four legged friends. Communication was a breeze with signing papers and sending rent. Plenty of food options in the area and a laundry mat right around the corner. Highly would recommend this rare find!
