Best Host & Cozy Home

Alexia has been absolutely incredible, and the space is everything I needed for my month and a half stay. It is super clean and quiet, and Alexia was very sweet, professional and responsive and made me feel right at home. I can’t recommend her and her rental more!

Loved our stay!

We absolutely loved staying here! The space was perfect for my fiancé and me. We loved the natural light the unit gets, how comfy the beds are, and all the space to store our belongings. Location is great and neighborhood is so charming! I would highly recommend booking Alexia’s place!

Great Stay!

Highly recommend Alexia's place! Alexia and Derek are very friendly and professional, we were comfortable throughout the entire process. The apartment has enough space to spread out comfortably and everything is well decorated with quality furniture. There is plenty of natural light and it definitely doesn't feel like a basement. We very much enjoyed our time here and would be back in a heartbeat! One thing to note is that Alexia and Derek do have a young daughter, she is well behaved but does have some toddler moments that are partially audible from the unit, they are short lived and never caused us any annoyance so don't let it discourage you from booking!

Felt Like Home

I stayed here for seven months and loved every minute of it. Alexia and Derek have created a place thats not just beautiful, but also warm and welcoming. The layout is spacious, but still feels cozy and comfortable. The bedrooms are peaceful with incredibly comfortable beds, and the recliner by the fireplace quickly became my go-to spot in the winter. I could hang out there for hours. You can tell a lot of care went into every detail of the home. Anytime I had a question, they were quick to respond and always helpful. Its one of those places that just feels easy to settle into. Im genuinely sad to leave, and Id come back in a heartbeat.

Mid-term stay

We had a fantastic experience staying here! The hosts were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and made us feel right at home. The unit itself was immaculatesuper clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. It had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch stay with amazing hosts!

Luxury Stay, Close to everything!

This apartment is so nice! Everything in it is high quality, from the furniture, cookware to the linens. The decor makes it feel very cozy. I loved the back patio and grill. It is super spacious and lets in a ton of sunlight! The fireplace was perfect on cooler evenings. The hosts were friendly and easy to work with. I would 100% stay here again. The location is also really great!

Best place I stayed as a traveling healthcare professional!!

I cant say enough wonderful things about this apartment!! From the minute I walked in the door I felt like I was at home. A and D have furnished this beautifully and have provided everything you could imagine needing. I stayed with them for 3 months and wished it could have been longer. The location is perfect if you are working at the hospital. I felt completely safe in their home and neighborhood. If I needed anything or had any questions about places to eat or things to do, all I had to do was ask. They were more than willing to help. And, just for the record, that bed in the master bedroom is the most comfortable one I have ever slept on!! If you are needing a place to stay in the Salt Lake City area, I HIGHLY recommend this one!! You will not be disappointed.

Excellent property!

Wonderful property with amazing owners. This property was very clean and equipped with all the amenities any short-term renter could need! The owners were very accommodating and were very professional and quick to reply! There was plenty of daylight despite it being a basement. Lots of storage! Great location for exploring the city and accessing the mountains! I highly recommend this property!

Home away from home

I had the pleasure of staying at this property for 3 months and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Its located in such a great place and so close to everything- from stores, resorts, and the hospital I worked at. The property was clean, modern, and so cozy. I loved having my own fireplace and control to the heater and AC and the king bed was so comfortable. The hosts were so welcoming and helpful and always super responsive when I texted them. I felt so safe at this property and truly wish I could have stayed longer. It was such a pleasure staying!

Great stay

Beautiful, clean, large basement with plenty of light and all the needed necessities. Neighborhood is very well kept and in central location close to everything. Minutes from beautiful parks, restaurants, and mall. Average of 15-20 minute drive to numerous hikes. Had a wonderful 2 month stay.

Pristine Basement Apartment

A and D's basement apartment is everything you could hope for. Modern, clean, plenty of sunlight, fully furnished and stocked with all necessary kitchen items and cleaning supplies. The location is accessible to many world class ski resorts and top notch hiking. When you are done playing in the mountains or after a long day at work, come home to grill and hang out on the patio as you wind down your day. A truly perfect place to live!

Wonderful stay

A & D have a wonderful and well kept apartment in a perfect location. I work remote and ski a lot - the apartment is very spacious and a great place to work from. In addition, it is only a ~30 minute drive from the mountains on days without traffic! A & D are kind and helpful and I look forward to renting their apartment again soon!
