Great find!

As of writing this, I am the current tenant. I've been here for two months and will be here for about three more weeks. Staying here has been such a pleasure. The unit is HUGE, it's the entire bottom floor of a house.. The views of the mountains are amazing. It is super quiet here. It's just about to become spring so everything will be blooming soon. There's a grocery store next to the main road which you can conveniently stop at when you're coming back home. Covered parking. Internet. Dianne has been a real pleasure. She respects your privacy.

A Perfect Getaway in Asheville!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dianne's lovely home in Asheville, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived Dianne was incredibly accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Her warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The house itself is cozy and beautifully located in the mountains, but also ten minutes away from restaurants and grocery stores as well as downtown. The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. I truly felt like it was a home away from home. One of the highlights of my stay was witnessing families of roaming bears quite often- what an unforgettable experience! If you're traveling to Asheville I highly recommend staying at Dianne's place. It's the perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and adventure!

spectacular find

I'm actually here until Sept 28th, but WOW, what a find. Secluded back in the woods, quiet retreat but still only 15 minutes to downtown Asheville and HCA Mission Hospital and only 5 minutes to some great restaurants and several major grocery stores. It's so close but feels so far away, just what you need after a long shift. The studio is spacious with a comfy king bed, living room with Roku TV, dining room, well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, giant laundry storage room with full size w/d and wash sink. Great bathroom with amazing water pressure in a stand-up shower, Your own partially covered parking space, which is great when raining. D is a great, respectful, and quiet landlord, but there, if you need anything. If I ever come back to Asheville I definitely with D a call 1st.

This is the perfect spot if you are a traveling nurse who likes nice, quiet lodging. It's not far from the hospital (Mission) and even closer to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Dianne Rose is the landlord and she was so accommodating and wonderful to work with. She respected my privacy but was there whenever I needed her. My lodging was more than sufficient to satisfy my needs and it was clean and cozy. She prefers traveling nurses because...well...we are a breed all unto ourselves who are respectful, quiet and professional!
