Beautiful, and Worry-Free Apartment

This apartment is a truly wonderful place to live- beautiful, safe, and exceptionally well maintained. As a parent, I felt completely at ease knowing my younger son was staying here during his internship. Reena (landlord) is highly responsive, caring, and genuinely accommodating. The location is extremely convenient for Palo Alto and daily commuting. Grocery stores are close by, making errands easy. There is a gym within walking distance, which was a big plus for us. The nearby restaurants are excellent . This is a place where you can confidently leave your younger one and not worry.

awesome stay during my 3.5 month stay

This one-bedroom unit includes a private bathroom and a kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances, such as a stove/oven, microwave, fridge, and air fryer. It's conveniently located within a short walk of various stores, including Home Depot, IKEA, McDonald's, Cardenas Market, and more. Although the property is in East Palo Alto, the surrounding neighborhood is safe. The internet is fast, and the landlord is very accommodating. This is a cozy place to stay; I had no issues. Would recommend.

Excellent place, excellent landlord

Conveniently located between two highways that lead to sf bay area and the east bay. Walking distance to strip mall for food, groceries and retail. Pretty quiet neighborhood. Secure gated place with street parking. Upgraded kitchen now with gas stove and oven. A/C unit installed as well. Landlord makes sure you have what you need and makes sure you stay is comfortable. Highly recommend!

This house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to highway 101. The room was perfectly prepared with everything in place. There is no a/c but I'm fine using the fan. Shared washer and dryer with the host once a week. The host was very responsive and accommodating with what I need. Parking available in front of the house. This place is super secure and peaceful. Highly recommended!

amazing stay!!!!

I had an amazing stay here. Ample parking, quiet, very safe neighborhood, and unit was extremely clean upon my arrival. There are many restaurants/ cafes nearby and walking distance. The landlord, R, is so so friendly and was very attentive to all my needs during this stay. And on-site laundry was a huge plus for me! It is a 10 minute drive from stanford hospital so its ideal for stanford travelers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
