Greatest landlord!

Stayed for 6 months and loved my stay. Met nice people and had a good time. Privacy was respected. Everyone was friendly. One of the best landlords I’ve ever had. Quick communication at all time. Conveniently located near Beverly Hospital and pretty much everything. Boston isn’t more than 30 minutes away. Would stay here again if I got a contract out there or near by!

Amazing

I loved everything about this place. This was my 1st time for everything and it turned out wonderful. It's hard leaving home and not knowing what's to come as you travel to different places. I'm so thankful that I found the Pearson family , from the quiet neighborhood to how nice and welcoming James and his family were toward me. I loved the fact that everyone was very respectful of each other's space and I also loved the fact that they made me feel comfortable like I was at home . James is a very laid back person and everything was very easy to get around the house. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone and I will definitely stay again. I would like to give thanks to the Pearson family for everything.

Nice Place

I spent 11 months due to extending my contract at Beverly Hospital. The house is huge and provides a lot of space for everyone to enjoy personal time and time with roommates. I lived in two different rooms during my 11 months, and both rooms had everything I needed while living away from home. Also, if you love pets, Shadow, the golden retriever, will be your company. I would recommend James and Catherine if you are looking for an inexpensive yet welcoming atmosphere to live.

Great family and housemates

Stayed here for a short time due to an abbreviated work assignment. Family and housemates were very friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed several social events with the group as well. Also was able to have quiet time as needed and comfortable bed. Would certainly recommend, especially if you like both alone time and time with new friends.

This home is great for room rental. Very nice and approachable family to live with. The area is great and very accessible to anything you need (gym, restaurants, food).

Ideal Abode for Travel RNs

This accommodation is being managed by a wonderful family. Very considerate of space and provides quality rest for tenants. The house is very quiet, so ideal specially for those who work at night and need to sleep during the daytime. I have no words but all appreciation for them. My 1st travel RN experience was great and even made better because of this home. They are so accommodating and quickest to respond if you have any questions. Oh yes, they have friendly members of the family who were also warm and welcoming to guests too. A great overall experience and will definitely contact J and C if I am reassigned in the area in the future!

Most Amazing Humans!!

This family treats you well. They are amazing humans and while my time here is being cut short, I am so blessed to have met them. The home is lovely and comfortable. The house is busy yet they are quiet and I just love them to pieces and wish my circumstances were different. It's only been a week but it was a wonderful one. You'll love staying here!!

4 Oakmont Rd 2022 review

This is a lovely home for a traveling nurse, owned by a professional couple, quiet, safe and very comfortable. All the rooms were fully furnished, nicely decorated and clean. Laundry access was never restricted. They made me feel like part of the family throughout my stay. Their playful dog and friendly cats were great company for me as I missed my own pets. A quick and easy 17min. drive to Salem Hospital. Kept me out of the big city and in a quiet upscale residential community, with friendly neighbors all around. If you want a quiet family atmosphere or just total privacy to sleep when you return from night shift this is your place. Consider yourself fortunate if your accepted as a tenant.
