Perfect space for comfortable long-term stay

This 2 BR house is the perfect stay for 2 people for long term stays- we loved it and would 100 percent recommend to stay here. The price and space are very reasonable. My partner and I stayed here for a few months and couldn't have asked for a more seamless stay in San Diego. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet, and great to walk around. The owner is also incredibly reliable, communicative, kind, and timely. Definitely the best property owner I have ever communicated with- she is very professional. Any time there was a question, she was a text away and instantly answered/helped. The space itself is very comfortable, quiet, and exudes quality. The couch is so comfortable- which was very important to us during our stay to have a comfortable living room environment for downtime. The kitchen is very spacious- the appliances work wonderfully and the island is very convenient. The bedrooms are very cool/quiet and the beds are both so comfortable! I can't stay more great things about it.

Cozy and Homey Vibes

My stay at this property was nothing less than what is portrayed in the images. One thing that resonated with me was the very cozy vibe you get when you enter the home. This unit comes equipped with everything you need, and M (landlord) is very responsive. My roommate and I worked as travel RNs at Sharp Memorial and our commute was manageable with minimal traffic in the morning and evening. During the day, the unit gets a ton of natural light, but the unit comes with built in cooling system which works wonders for those sunny days. The neighborhood is quiet and generally safe. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would've loved to extend our stay. If you are looking for a place to call home for a little while, choose this listing!
