Rent a room or the whole house Cozy 3 bedroom house with back deck overlooking small babbling brook.

This was the best property Ive stayed at in the past 2 years! The property manager and his family have now become my family and we still keep in touch. The property itself is stunning. The home is clean, comfortable, safe, and well organized. The creek that runs behind the home is beautiful. Access to the pool and hot tub is also a bonus. I was only supposed to be there for 13 weeks and it turned into 9 months! The property manager was incredibly accommodating to my change in schedules!!! I would stay here again if I returned to New Hampshire!

I felt like I was staying at a cute cabin air BnB in the woods! Theres a brook right behind the patio that is so peaceful. Kitchen is big and stocked. TV in every room with great WiFi. Doesnt look like it from the outside but plenty of space for multiple people. Owners B and T are such laid back fun people. Like others have said they welcome you like family. Anything you need, they will get for you. Minutes from a few grocery stores. We enjoyed the sugar river trail, Mt Ascutney, and Green Mountain ( which the property actually backs up to) for hiking and exercise. Their 3 cute, very friendly dogs come say hi every now and then. We would definitely stay here again!

I have absolutely loved staying here. The owners are amazing and make you feel like family. I have made life long friends and can't wait to return to the area. The property is clean, cozy and comfortable. Sharing the house with the owners daughter was a great experience. We were able to communicate easily and coordinate schedules for food prep and laundry. She keeps the house spotless. When there were 3 of us sharing the space, I shared the bathroom with her and there were no issues. The house sits at the end of a road with only 2 other houses. One of the houses being where the owner lives. They were amazing, letting me use the pool whenever I liked and invited me to gatherings they would have. If you like hiking, there are trails on property you can use. It's very private and feels secluded but you could be in town within 5 min. I highly recommend staying and will absolutely come back!!

I had an absolutely wonderful 9 months staying with B and family. If you would like to add some new members to your family, this is the place to be! They will make you feel included and at home. If you like the outdoors, then you will love this place. It's not far from the main road and shopping is still convenient, but its just far enough that the wilderness will walk right through the front yard. If you're reading this in the warm months, there's easy access to hiking, biking, and atv trails. Pool access is a nice plus. If its cold when you're reading this, xc skiing, snow shoeing, and snowmobiles are close by. You're 30 minutes from Sunapee if you want to hit the slopes or berms. The room itself is a good sized space, enough so that I accumulated a whole lot of extra stuff w/o feeling cramped. Depending on occupancy you'll have your own bathroom. A is incredibly clean, caring, and considerate; best roommate ever. I would not hesitate to spend another year here, I love them!
