Peaceful Studio in Golden Hill

Phenomenal studio conveniently located in a quiet, residential area of Golden Hill. The studio offers spacious living on two separate floors (kitchen, laundry, bathroom downstairs, and a spacious bedroom and well-sized closet upstairs). The studio is stocked with the basic necessities, so it is move in ready for you! Ample street parking - never had an issue finding a spot less than a minute outside the door. I felt safe parking on the street and walking to the studio late at night and early in the mornings. Neighbors are very respectful, and there is little to no noise from surrounding units. You do hear the planes flying into San Diego, but the unit also gives you great views of inbound flights! I would highly recommend this studio apartment for anyone who needs a clean, well laid out, quiet, and safe place to live in San Diego.

Home away from home

I cant say enough wonderful things about this property. Its clean, beautiful, cozy, has every amenity you could possibly need and very safe. Its within 15 minutes of anywhere youd want to go in San Diego. The neighborhood, South Park, is the cutest one I found in town. A dream to walk around in with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops only a mile from the apartment.This place truly felt like home away from home. I stayed for over a year because I loved the city and the property so much! The owners are wonderful! Very attentive, kind and easy to communicate with. I would stay here over and over again!

Great place to stay

Really enjoyed staying at this property. Had everything a travel professional (nurse) can need. Easy parking, highway access, close to restaurants and attraction, quiet at night for a good nights rest. The furnishing, appliances, & ambience all add up to a steal. Would definitely rent again if back in SD. The landlord is also super friendly and reachable should anything come up.

Travel Nurse

I stayed at this beautiful property for about 6 months the owners were amazingly nice and treated me like family. I felt extremely safe at all times and knew if i needed anything I could reach out and ask. In unit, w/d was a lifesaver, and having parking made my time here in SD easy. Southpark is a great neighborhood with fun bars and coffee shops. downtown is a quick Uber/Lyft ride away. You're centrally located and everything delivers. NorthPark and Hillcrest are your sister neighborhoods and you can't go wrong there. Everything you need is close by. I loved living there and would stay here time and time again.

Quiet Studio Close to Everything

I lived at this property for the past six months and loved it. The location is perfect and you can be anywhere in the city within 10-15 minutes. Everything is new including the in unit washer/dryer. It also has a personal AC unit, which I found out is rare for San Diego. I had my own off street parking space, but there is plenty of street parking available for visitors. Its a residential area, so very quiet even when I worked nights. The landlord is great and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I had plenty of extra storage in the closet under the stairs or under the bed. You can walk to Starbucks in less than 1 mile or some restaurants/bars in South Park. This is a real gem for San Diego and a great find!
