Overall a Good Place to Stay

Host was very nice and provided lots of recommendations. Only major complaint is during our lease she had a new HVAC system installed where we had to leave the house and they made a massive mess. Seems like it would have been more appropriate to have a major project like that done when there were no tenants in the place. Other than that the location was in a mostly safe area despite the property being very dark. The host provided all the basics we needed to make this a comfortable living space. She was very responsive whenever we had questions or growing pains with the newly installed system. She is also pet friendly so thats a major plus. On site parking and on site laundry are a plus as well. Overall I would recommend her place to other travelers in the Summerville area.

E was a great landlord. She was very responsive and offered so many recommendations to try out for food, grocery, and night life. Her property is in the best location. Walking distance to farmers markets and downtown Summerville. The house was clean and had everything you needed. Definitely would stay here again.
