Great short term apartment in cozy Elkhorn!

We felt very lucky to have found Carolyn and this apartment building! There was a huge outdoor space for our pup to take walks and do his business. The apartment came with everything needed including like new pots and pans, bedding and towels. We rented for 3 months as our house in another state was sold and until we closed on our new home. FF and Carolyn were easy to work with. Thanks, Carolyn!

Quiet and Spacious

Spacious furnished apartment in a quiet neighborhood. It had everything I needed for a temporary stay. Good working appliances, showers, and electronics. Secured entry into the building and well lit parking lot made me feel safe the entire time. Quiet neighbors and no late night noise. Quick responses from the landlord via text or phone. The only negative, was that the previous renters did not clean cabinets or ceiling fans upon departure. Despite that, I would stay at this property again.

Great place to stay

C is a great person to rent from. She takes great pride in the upkeep of her properties. For the whole time there I had no issues with the rental. If Im ever back in the area working again she will be my first call

Wonderful neighborhood

Fantastic neighborhood. Convenient to shopping. Great family friendly atmosphere. Apartment neighbors are quiet and even friendly(well, this *is* Omaha, after all!). The apartment is clean and well-furmished. We liked it here so much that we extended our original three months to six
