Gem in Capital HIll

This condo was perfectly situated for myself and my two medium sized dogs. Located on the ground floor by the entrance, the condo was minutes away from Volunteer Park and a short walk to Cal Anderson. It is located 2 blocks away from Broadway which houses several touristy attractions. I found parking to be easy in this "residential" part of the city and that most items were within a walkable distance from the apartment. During my 10 weeks I never had to park more than a block away from the entrance of the condo. The condo itself sounds like it would be somewhat small but due to the murphy bed and the ample storage added throughout the apartment everything had a home and I even had plenty of space to set up the extra large kennel to house my dogs while I was at work. Would recommended staying here. Will definitely return if it is available during future contracts.

Great landlord, exceptional location and storage

The unit's smaller footprint greets you with pleasant surprise due to the large amounts of organized storage and thoughtful design & layout. With two people residing here for approximately 6 months, we had plenty of room for clothing, work supplies, a few of our own kitchen and personal elements, and our pets. The quiet location is walkable to all of the Capitol Hill destinations and transit, downtown, and Pike Place Market. Furthermore, A was a great landlord and responsive to any needs.

Travel Lab Tech

I love this studio apartment. The location is perfect. I worked at Kaiser Permanente on Capitol Hill. It was so convenient and only a three minute drive! Its also next to so many great restaurants on 15th Ave and Broadway. The subway is a few blocks away which is great to access the rest of the city! Volunteer Park is only two blocks away which is so great if you need some time in nature. The apartment is cozy and has all the provisions you would need. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

Wonderful apartment in best Seattle neighborhood

My husband and I fell in love with Seattle during our stay, and this apartment contributed to that. Small as it is, its very efficient and comfortable and stylish with a stellar rooftop view. The location was perfect for us, on the fringe of an old neighborhood with beautiful homes and the amazing Volunteer Park just minutes away; while also on the fringe of city life. There were endless restaurants within walking distance, we walked to the grocery store and light rail. But you dont have to put up with busy city sounds at all hours of the day either. We were so pleasantly surprised and think we would not have stayed so long in Seattle if it wasnt for this apartment and its awesome location. The landlords are amazing as well, very kind and quick to respond if anything is needed. You truly cant go wrong staying here!
