Great Space and Location

The location is very quiet and welcoming. The room was extremely clean and spacious including the bathroom space where there was extra closet space and a stand alone shower and tub. The host was extremely nice and accommodating especially when the Wi-Fi stopped working. Ample space for parking. Common spaces are extremely clean. Definitely would return if I was ever to find myself back in South Bend.

Very nice

I am a travel nurse and stayed at this property. This house is top notch, only reason I am leaving is because my contract is finished. Would hope my next stops are half as good as this. Very quiet and in a great neighborhood. The owner always asks if there is anything else I need or want. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. J

Extended Stay

My spouse and I have so far completed 2 weeks of our 3 month stay here in the master suite. we have not had any major complications. the neighborhood is quiet, nice, and safe. The private parking is enough for at least 4 cars without double parking. Kitchen is user friendly with enough space. We keep food here to cook to take to work throughout the week. The house is very quiet and rarely can you actually tell anyone else is staying in the house. There are multiple safety features such as keypads for the main entrance, along with your bedroom. Ring doorbell and ring indoor cameras in the shared common areas for security purposes. The Master Suite has a decent amount of space for 2 people to stay with a king sized bed and a full bath with the shower and the bath separate, along with 2 closets for storage. Overall we have enjoyed our stay and the owner responds to messages quickly especially if you have any concerns. Would definitely recommend for the price and what you get!

Relaxing stay

I stayed in suite 2 .. nice size room and clean .. host was great and provided anything needed .. great place to just rest cause the house was always quite .. Great home .. in extremely nice and super quite neighborhood ..
