Would stay again!

Absolutely loved my stay here! Would stay again if I ever came back to Spokane for work. The place is in a great location and is within walking distance to Manito park. TV and wifi were great, convenient parking spot, and the cutest little kitchen! J and H were so friendly and truly some of the best landlords I've had. They were sweet enough to bring my husband and I tea when we were super sick and keep us stocked on fresh catnip from their garden for our kitties! They were quick to respond to any concerns I had and were easy to get ahold of. They made some great recommendations for things to do/good food to eat around the Spokane area. They were also incredibly understanding when I had to leave a week early due to a family emergency. Felt like I was staying with close friends or family - do not skip out on this hidden gem!

Convenient Location, Cozy Space, and Incredibly Sweet Hosts!

John and Hannah's space is perfectly located in the idyllic, tree-lined Manito neighborhood on Spokane's South Hill. My wife and I stayed for three months while we situated our relocation to the Spokane area. The apartment was safe, clean, welcoming, and well-appointed. Our hosts communicated well and helped facilitate our transition to the area. We definitely recommend this listing.

Unfortunate review

It's unfortunate that I have to write this review. After renting an apt from the landlords, I was promised my $1000 refundable deposit back. Over the next 6 months I was lied to and ignored. I was told it was coming, it was in the mail, it was on its way then completely ignored after multiple attempts to communicate with the landlords. I was very patient as I liked the landlords and trusted I would eventually receive it. After the landlord became rude and told me to start a mediation process, which I did, he continued to ignore me and rejected the mediation attempt. I now have to take this to small claims court. This has been the worse experience I've ever had with any sort of rental space. This could have been easily avoided.

WE LOVED STAYING HERE!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a short time during my contract at the hospital and we really enjoyed living here. John and Hannah are very welcoming and fun to have as landlords and neighbors. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend it!!! :) 10/10

Home away from Home!

I can't even begin to describe how amazing my time in Spokane was, but it started with meeting J and H! The apartment was clean, fully stocked with everything I needed and they were so amazing! Not only did they welcome me and my cat, Howard, with open arms, but they built a special area to house his litter box! The apartment has a great bedroom with a spacious closet and big window. The queen size bed was so comfortable! They also had a small couch and rocking chair in the living area along with a dining table and chairs. The TV was Roku TV and the wifi worked great. The kitchen was well equipped and had a full refrigerator and freezer! The bathroom had a full size shower and tub and vanity with drawers. Parking was available in back. By far my most favorite part of this place was the amazing backyard! They have a beautiful garden and flowers everywhere! J and H were easy to get a hold of if I needed anything or had any questions. They truly treated us like family!
